Effective June 1, 2016 Ancestry changed their testing chip. Currently FTDNA cannot accept raw data transfers tested on the new chip. If your results were posted to Ancestry prior to June 1, 2016 you should still be able to transfer to FTDNA.
DNAgedcom.com gives you access to files from FTDNA, 23andme and gedmatch and to several programs including Gworks. Gworks gives you the ability to search tree data that has been submitted many different ways.
